1. This offer is available until stated otherwise. If we decide to withdraw this promotion, this will not impact any Qualifying Bets you have placed before such withdrawal.

4. This offer is exclusively valid for the winner of the match.
5. This offer will not apply where a bet has been fully Cashed Out. Where a bet has been partially Cashed Out and your team goes twenty points ahead, the bet will be settled on the remaining active stake.
6. This offer will not apply to bets placed using a free bet or bonus funds.
7. If a qualifying bet is edited using our Edit Bet feature before the match has started and your team goes 18 or more points ahead, the bet will be settled on the new stake.

Qualifying

1. For your bet to be settled as a winner, your selection has to win with 18 points or more.
2. The offer refers to bets placed before, and not during the match.
3. This offer is only available to new and eligible customers. You can see a complete list of your available offers by logging in and selecting the Offers section on mobile or the Promotions section on desktop. BetOspin maintains a record of customer contact about eligibility for offers and this record, including the date and time of any restrictions being imposed, will be final in the event of any dispute.
4. For multiple bets, the selection(s) will be marked as won within My Bets, with the bet left to run on the remaining selection(s). Within the History section, if a selection goes 18 or more points ahead, but does not go on to win the match, it will display as lost but is treated as a winner under the terms of this Early Payout.
5. The offer is valid for both single and multiple bets placed before the start of the match.
6. The offer is not valid for bets on a draw result.
7. The offer is applicable to the following basketball tournaments: EuroLeague, NBA.
8. Based on the “18+ Points Ahead” offer, your bet will be paid out in full if your team leads by 18 points at any moment during the match, regardless of the final result.
9. This offer is valid for the winner market. This offer will not apply to bets where Cash Out has been used. In accumulators, the provision of the offer for a specific selection/s in the bet will not be affected retrospectively if the customer cashes out the bets on the remaining selections.
10. All winnings will be credited to our clients' accounts as soon as possible after the team leads by 18 points, and no later than 24 hours thereafter.
11. BetOspin may reclaim any bonus amount, Free Bets, Bet Credits, refund amount, or enhanced payments that have been awarded in error.

General

1. Where any term of the offer or promotion is breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to enhanced payments, Free Bets, Bet Credits, or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, betOspin may reclaim the enhanced payment, Free Bet, refund payment or Bet Credit element of such offers and/or void any bet funded by the Free Bet or Bet Credits. In addition, where there is evidence of such activity, betOspin may levy an administration charge on the customer up to the value of the Bet Credits, Free Bet, refund, or enhanced payment towards the administrative costs incurred in identifying and taking action against the activity.
2. If your bet is paid out early in accordance with this offer, it will not be paid again after the end of the match.
3. BetOspin reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions of the offer at any time or to terminate the offer without notice.
4. BetOspin reserves the right to limit the offer to any customer and/or group of customers at its discretion. If any of the conditions of the offer are violated, or there is evidence of a series of bets placed by a customer or group of customers, which due to a deposit bonus, enhanced winnings, free bets, or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, betOspin reserves the right to reclaim the bonus element of such offers and at their absolute discretion either settle bets at the correct odds, cancel free bets, or void any bet funded by the deposit bonus.
5. Employees, officers, and directors of betOspin, its promotional or other agencies, licensees and licensors, service providers, and any other associated or affiliated companies shall not be eligible for the promotion. The same terms shall apply to the direct families of such persons.
